The Challenge
Visit Phoenix needed a modern solution to help visitors navigate the numerous attractions and services in Scottsdale, particularly those in and around Scottsdale Fashion Square. Traditional static maps and brochures were insufficient for meeting the expectations of contemporary travelers, who demand interactive and immediate access to information. The challenge was to create a tool that could deliver real-time, engaging content to improve the visitor experience and promote local businesses and attractions effectively.
The Solution
MetroClick addressed this challenge by installing a 32” Landscape Kiosk at Scottsdale Fashion Square, in collaboration with Visit Widget. This interactive kiosk features a user-friendly touchscreen interface, allowing visitors to easily explore nearby attractions, events, and amenities.
