The Challenge
Explore Steuben needed an innovative solution to help visitors navigate the diverse attractions in the region, particularly those in and around the Museum of Glass. Traditional static maps and brochures were inadequate for the modern traveler, who expects immediate, interactive access to information. The challenge was to create a tool that could deliver real-time, engaging content to enhance the visitor experience and promote local attractions effectively.
The Solution
To address this challenge, MetroClick installed a 43” Landscape Kiosk at the Museum of Glass, in collaboration with Visit Widget. This interactive kiosk provides a user-friendly interface that allows visitors to easily explore nearby attractions, events, and amenities. The integration with Visit Widget ensures that all information is current and dynamically updated, offering a seamless way-finding experience. The kiosk’s design is both durable and aesthetically pleasing, suitable for the museum environment.
