One of the cornerstones of MetroClick’s focus is to create unique, exciting and engaging experiences for our customers. Enter Magnum, one of the largest real estate development firms in New York City, whose goal was to create a unique sales experience for an upcoming development – 196 Orchard. MetroClick’s focus was to create a sales utility for the staff that would allow them to showcase the different available units, floorplans, renderings and marketing content on a large format video display on the wall. We designed a solution that utilized a Microsoft Surface tablet that seamlessly and wirelessly linked with the video wall that put all of the desired content right at the agent’s fingertips. Through this solution, MAGNUM was able to give both their prospective customers and sales agents a fantastic tool to provide beautiful content and information that accurately portrayed the quality, aesthetic and opportunity at 196 Orchard.

The Challenge
To create a an interactive sales gallery to showcase a new property under construction.
The Solution
We created a seamless video wall experience controlled remotely by a tablet to explore all of the features and amenities of the properties. This was done creating wo different software applications: one for the video wall and the other for the tablet to communicate with each other. The software allows for an interactive map of the neighborhood, a photo and video gallery of the property, and an interactive floor plan map to see the various layouts of the units in the building.
